4. Creating Campaigns
When creating a campaign, you agree to:

Prohibited Campaigns include (but are not limited to):

Fraudulent or misleading content

Promotion of weapons, drugs, or adult content
We reserve the right to remove any campaign that violates these terms or our community standards.
5. Contributing to Campaigns
When you donate to a campaign:

You understand that you are making a voluntary donation and not purchasing a product or service (unless explicitly offered)

Contributions may not be refundable unless required by law or at RiteGiving’s discretion

You are responsible for determining the tax-deductibility of your donation
6. Fees and Payments
RiteGiving may charge a platform fee, and third-party payment processors may charge transaction fees.
You will be clearly informed of any fees before submitting a donation or launching a campaign.
We are not responsible for payment processing errors or issues caused by third-party services.
7. Refunds
All donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven fraud or campaign misconduct, and only at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, designs, graphics, and text — is owned or licensed by RiteGiving and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not use RiteGiving’s branding, logos, or copyrighted material without our written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but by posting it on RiteGiving, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right

Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Platform

Upload harmful or disruptive code

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
10. Termination

11. Disclaimers
RiteGiving is a platform provider. We do not endorse, guarantee, or monitor the accuracy or legitimacy of any campaign.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk. We provide all services “as is” and disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RiteGiving and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Loss of funds due to campaign misuse, technical issues, or platform downtime
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform.
